Redesigning the interfaces of the LFB's Operational Risk Database and Purchase Order Management System was a major project for us. The London Fire Brigade's 600 plus stations rely on fast access and vital updating to function safely . Teaming up with the London Fire Brigade We worked alongside LFB managers and programmers to redesign an outdated and confusing interface.
Challenge
Update the risk information and assessment for fire crews at tens of thousands of addresses throughout their operational areas.
