Redesigning the interfaces of the LFB's Operational Risk Database and Purchase Order Management System was a major project for us. The London Fire Brigade's 600 plus stations constantly update the risk information and assessment for fire crews at tens of thousands of addresses throughout their operational areas and rely on fast access and vital updating to function safely . We worked alongside LFB managers and programmers to redesign an outdated user interface, making it cleaner, faster and easier for operational staff to use.
